Summer Camp
Join us for a week-long pool party at the barn!
As you guessed…This week’s theme is pool fun.
We will make some obstacles with pool toys for our ponies and a pool themed craft each day.
Riders will get 1 hour (each day) of ride time with an assigned horse. Horses are chosen by White Oak instructors based on the rider’s experience level.
No horse experience required, but close-toed shoes and pants ARE for riding.
You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes, as we will be getting wet.
Please pack a lunch & lots of water.

Let’s beat the summer heat with an evening camp!!
Join us 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Camp will start with a 1 hour riding session. White Oak instructors pair riders with horses based on experience level & compatibility.
Afterwards, campers will help with evening turn-outs & tuck-ins.
We’ll welcome our nocturnal barn friends by buildings bat & owl houses… Make night themed crafts & play games.
Of course, evenings at the barn are not complete without a campfire & s’mores.
Feel free to pack a small “lunch | dinner” & water for your camper. Close-toed shoes are required.

Summer Camp
Healthy Horses are Happy Horses!
Plan on having your own horse one day…This is the camp for you.
Like all camps, we will begin with a 1 hour riding lesson. Campers will be assigned a horse based on their experience level.
Of course we will have crafts, games & lots of fun, but it will all be focused on horse health.
We’ll learn parts of the equine body, make our own bug spray, horse cookies and even learn a little horse yoga.
Bring a change of clothes, lunch & lots of water.
Close toed-shoes are required.

Game On!
This week’s camp is all about Horse Games.
Each day, we will learn a new equestrian game.
During our 1 hour riding lesson, campers will play beachball Polo, try their hand at an Ultimate Cowboy Challenge course, PLUS learn some basic dressage & jumping techniques.
For our hands-on activities, we will be building jumps & obstacles, along with playing games and making a sweet treat.

SPRING into Camp!
Hello Spring!
Thursday, April 17th & Friday, April 18th

Our day will start with a 1 hour riding lesson. Campers will be paired with a horse appropriate for their experience level.
This camp’s theme is going to be SPRINGTIME, so we’ll be planting a White Oak Stables Garden, crafting & playing games.
Campers will need:
Close-Toed Shoes (If you don’t have any…No worries! Our amazing barn friends have donate shoes to share:)
Lunch (The barn kitchen has a fridge & microwave for camp use.)
Water Bottle
Please dress in layers. This NC weather loves to keep us guessing.

Outdoor Movie to Follow Egg Hunt
Join us for a FAMILY DAY of Easter Egg Hunting, Crafts, Games & a Movie.
In the evening… We will transform the side of our barn into a Movie Theater. Complete with hay bale seats & a kid friendly movie.

Instead of riding, the kids help with nighttime turn-outs & tuck-ins. Then we will transform the outside of our barn into a movie theater…complete with hay bale seats, popcorn & barnyard guests.
Please wear close-toed shoes and dress in layers.
I Heart Horses Camp
This camp is all about loving on our horses and community.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2025
9:00am - 1:00pm
$50 | Camper
Our day will start with a 1 hour riding lesson. Campers will be paired with a horse appropriate for their experience level.
We are super excited to partner with Hunter’s House for this camp! Together we will build and install a White Oak Stables Food Pantry.
If you would like to bring nonperishable food to stock the pantry…That would be AMAZING!
Instead of taking their crafts home…Campers will leave their craft in the Hunter’s House Pantry as little rays of encouragement & sunshine for our pantry users.
At lunch we’ll have a sweet treat with games to follow.
Campers will need:

Ugly Sweater Camp
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19TH & FRIDAY DECEMBER 20TH.
9 AM - 1 PM @ White Oak Stables
Camp is about to get UGLY!
Campers will build gifts, bake cookies, make ornaments & some horseback riding sprinkled throughout. Each day will have different activities. Riders will be partnered with another camper. They will share the responsibility of taking care of & riding their horse. Horses are assigned by rider experience level.
Kiddos are welcome to join us for both or just one day. Whatever works for your schedule.
Please be sure to::
Dress in layers + YOU BEST UGLIEST SWEATER!
Pack clothes to change into, just in case ya get dirty.
Bring a lunch & Water bottle. We have a fridge and microwave in the barn.
Wear close-toed shoes. We have boots available if you need, but sizes are limited.

To beat the heat, we start with a morning ride. Each camper is assigned a horse that matches their skill level. We have plenty of horses and can accommodated advanced to 1st time riders, so ALL RIDERS ARE WELCOME!
No day at the barn would be complete without barn chores. We also make time for crafts, games, lunch, horse grooming and LOTS of water play!
